Elsie Cousin Ancona entered peacefully into heaven Monday, May 20, 2013 surrounded by her loving daughters.
Loving mother of Cynthia A. Neal (Gordon) Donna J. Ancona and preceded in death by her son Carlo Ancona, Jr. and their father, Carlo Ancona, Sr.
Proud grandmother of Christine A. Kuhn, William F. Young, IV (Heather) and great grandmother of Malison and Sara Elizabeth Young.
Daughter of the late Lena A. Cousin and Norbert J. Cousin. Preceded in death by her brothers, Norbert J. Cousin, Jr., John W. Cousin, Sr. and Donald M. Cousin, Sr.
Age 86, a native of Lacombe, LA and a longtime resident of Metairie, LA.
She was dearly loved by her many family members, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of River Regions Hospice for the tender care given.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Visitation from 11:00 am until Mass time. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
