Henry "Rudy" Rambo, 66, of Columbia, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2009. A memorial gathering will be held from 6 to 8pm Monday evening at Woodridge Funeral Home of Lexington. Friends are also invited to join the family at the residence, 109 S. Sumter St. Columbia, SC 29201.

Mr. Rambo was born November 13, 1943 in Columbia, to the late John Henry and Ira Shull Rambo. He was a US Army veteran, and was retired from the textile industry after many years as a loom fixer.

Mr. Rambo is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Lois E. Rambo; a daughter, Marie Tidwell; a son, Levon Rambo; a brother, John C. Rambo; a nephew, Scott Rambo; and 8 grandchildren.
