Born In: Liverpool, Nova Scotia
MARACLE, Judy (Huskins) 1945 – 2013 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Judy Lynn, our special "Valentine" sister. Judy slipped away peacefully at Emmanuel House with family by her side after a battle with cancer. She is survived by husband Les, brothers, Kohler (Edith) and Frank (Anne) and treasured niece Astasia Lynn (Steve). Judy will be missed by many relatives and friends. Born in Liverpool. N.S. on Valentine's Day, Judy would eventually face three open heart surgeries (beginning at the age of 5) as well as breast cancer, with terrific strength and courage. A retired Stelco employee, Judy would especially enjoy dancing, her 79 Camero, numerous trips to Nova Scotia, the world of Disney and Elvis Presley. Her kindness and generosity touched many special friends and charities. The family thanks Dr. Trollope, Dr. Tozer and the staff at Emmanuel House for their warm compassionate care. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her remarkable life will be held on Sunday, February 24 at Cresmount Funeral Home, 1020 Upper James Street, Hamilton. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Emmanuel House, 90 Stinson Street, Hamilton.

Dear Les and family. Judith was one of those unbelievably unforgettable patients and I will never forget her strength and the impact she had on me even over only a short time. Your family is in my thoughts at this time and I wish you all peace.
