We think about Pat often and smile when recalling memories of times spent with her. Her smile, her laugh, her caring ways are what we remember fondly. These things we will have always even when we miss her the most. She will always remain close to us in our hearts.

To all the Afonsos...I am so sorry about your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you on this day of mourning. Growing up I can remember her and my mom in the kitchen laughing up a storm. She always had a smile and a kind word to offer if I needed a shoulder. I know you will miss her as I have missed my mom. She will always be in your hearts.

As I look at the beautiful girl she was and the beautiful woman she became, I think about her wedding day and the handsome couple she and my uncle were. It was that day that she became my favorite Aunt Pat. We will all miss her, but have fond memories of her spirit and laughter. Love, Barbara
