Barbara Chamness Obituary

Barbara Jane Chamness (Hirtle), of Revere, Feb. 28, 2012, Beloved wife of the late Charles Chamness. Survived by her children: Frances Capezzuto and her husband, Steve; William Chamness and his wife, Sabrina; Barbara Skane and her husband, Don; her daughter in law, Vivian Chamness and her son in law, Jay Bagdon. She was also the mother of the late Fred Chamness and Naomi Bagdon. Mrs. Chamness also leaves 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sat., March 3, at 12:00 o'clock Noon at the Kirby-Rapino Memorial Home, 917 Bennington St., East Boston, MA. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 10:00 am until Noon prior to the funeral service. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Donations in memory of Mrs. Chamness should be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, Ma 01701.

God bless you Barbara! We shared a lot of great times together over the years and you were there for me so long ago when I needed you. I will never forget that. Hope there is enough room back at the camp now that you and Naomi and Freddie are there.
