Kathryn always stopped by to talk with me when she came to the farm in Choctaw...always laughing and smiling no matter what was going on. She was a great friend and I will miss her visits to the farm...I feel sure her spirit is still on the back deck..where she loved to sit and enjoy God's beauty! I will miss you my friend! We are going to miss her tremendously. She was like another grandmother to our girls in the short time that we have known her. I am happy though that she is with her Maker and her husband. May God be with the family. We love you all.

I offer my condolences even though I have never seen Kathryn. I am a granddaughter of Quincy Barnes who was about two years younger than his brother John Ben Barnes, and thus a cousin of Kathryn. Mary Pritchard
