To the Rizk Family. I am sorry to hear about Norma"s passing. Norma and I graduated from RGHS together in 1941, and a certain group of us always met at least once or twice a year besides the annual Mercy Alumnae breakfast. In fact, two of us were from the West Bank. Your Mother and I shared a fond memory together, because in 1941 Norma was the king and I was queen of our 1941 Carnival Ball in the auditorium by St. Alphonsus Church. God will help you through this loss. You will be in my prayers. Sincerely,
Audrey Beauvais Ezzo

Aunt Norma was the first of her sisters God chose to start His will as it would relate to their lives on their individual roads to Damacus. And what a road it was with husbands, wives, children, grand and great grandchildren. It was also a road beset with all the joys and yes, heartbreaks one could expect. But through it all, the one constant, the steely southern woman who showed us not only who we could be, but who we all SHOULD be. And she did it with a grace that can only be a blessing from God in recognition for a life well lived. And so now, as the oldest sister, she follows her father, her mother, her brother and her sisters into perpetual rest and we who were blessed to have known her and her strength, will be left with a momentary sadness. But we all know that even this sadness will be filled in time with great memories of a pure soul.
On a final and deeply personal note, I love and will deeply miss you Aunt Norma.
