Bob was my "buddy" in our Sunday School class at FBC-Perrysburg. He always had a smile on his face and a piece of candy and gum for me every single Sunday. I hadn't seen him since we moved in 2010 but enjoyed following him on facebook and reading his jokes he sent to Max. I also had the privilege of catching up with him on the phone not so long ago. Heaven has to be a much more jolly place since Bob arrived. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

He was a great Father, Grandpa, Uncle, Cousin, Brother, Nephew and Friend. He was my Mom's favorite nephew and we all enjoyed your Mom and Dad at our family reunions. Two great people that will be missed by everyone. Prayers for all and will be thinking of you all tomorrow and Thursday.

Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.

I worked with Bob when I was Test Room foreman for Allied Chemical from 1972-1981. He was well liked and respected. Take comfort in the knowledge he is in a better place.

Dad,
Some people have good fathers, but we were blessed to have the BEST dad around. You always took the time to see how we were all doing in our busy lives. You always had kind words of encouragement and made sure to always ask how we were all doing, even the animals! You were never too busy to love us. I will miss you forever, but Im greatful that you are with Mom again. She has been waiting for you. I love you Dad.

Rick & I will miss him. He was a wonderful man and a great friend. When he called us he always asked how Pooh Bear, our cat, was. She would rub the phone when she heard his voice.
