Allan Berg, while surrounded by his wife and two children passes away peacefully on June 4, 2013, in Palm Springs, CA., at the age of 80. Allan was born in Northwood, ND on February 11, 1933. He joined the Army as a lieutenant in the Korean War. He was an avid golfer that loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his family. Allan is survived by his wife of 59 years, Vivian Berg; son, Rick (Cheryl) of Granite Falls; daughter, Connie Berg (Paul) of Vancouver, Wa., sister, Gloria (Bill) of Minnesota, four grandchildren, Nicole, Austin, Kaitlynn, and Desirae as well as many family members and friends. He will be greeted in heaven by his daughter Carol Berg. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM on June 29, 2013 at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy. Memorial donations made be made to the hospice of your choice.
