Laverne, Brenda, Darrel, and family,
We loved your family so much for so long. We've missed all of you. The service was very nice and the comments from the children and stepchildren were so special and exactly what I would have said about Bertis. Laverne, we haven't known you as long, but love you equally because you made her so happy. Praying that your special memories will bring you peace and comfort in the days ahead. We will all miss her!

Aunt Bertis was a kind a loving person. She was a great Aunt and I will miss her dearly. My earliest memories of her were at Woodland Lakes campground where she and uncle Joe had a campsite next to my grandparents. As an adult I knew aunt Bertis as a person who loved her Church, loved to travel, and loved the adventure of life. I remember when uncle LaVern came into her life - they made a wonderful couple and we always enjoyed visiting with them. Rest in peace aunt Bertis - Heaven got a new angel. We hope to see you again! Love, Chris, Wendy, and Sophie
