Beulah was born January 14, 1931 to James and Ellen (Southard) Creek. She spent most of her life in Evansville. She was a proud mother of three daughters and a long time member of First Avenue Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir.
Beulah had a beautiful voice and loved to sing and spend time with her girls.
Beulah is survived by her three daughters, Vicki (Gary) Palmer, Johnna (Ron) Brown, and Jo (Jeff) Miller and grandchildren, Wendy, Carrie, Miranda, John, Terri, and Veronica.
She was preceded in death by her parents James and Ellen, brothers James, Floyd, and Robert, sister Neva and her granddaughter, Jamie.
Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, February 6, 2014, at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Rev. Gene Feagan, with entombment at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends and family are encouraged visit Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
