I. Pelayo
I have known "Ma-ines" my entire life, as her granddaughter, Ruth, is a long-time dear friend of mine. Maria-Ines was always funny, cheerful and happy, and not to mention dressed to the nines! I offer my sincerest sympathies for your loss. As we are extremely saddened by her departure, we should embrace her long and beautiful life. She had the opportunity to live through all of the joys and heartaches of being a woman; being daughter, a sister, a mother, a grandmother, a great-grandmother and even a great-great grandmother. Few people, if any at all, are allowed to experience such a prestigious role. She leaves behind a bountiful legacy which lives through the many that will forever carry her soul within them. God bless her and may she rest in eternal peace.
