Sandra Kay Santiago was born on April 9, 1959 in California and passed away on March 20, 2014 at the age of 54 years old. Funeral arrangements under the direction of Funeraria del Angel J.T. Oswald, San Fernando, CA. A viewing will take place at the mortuary chapel on Friday March 28, 2014 from 2-7:00 p.m. A funeral service will also take place on Friday at 5:00 p.m. again at the mortuary chapel where family and friends will celebrate Sandra's life. Sandra Kay Santiago will be missed by all her family and freinds whom loved her very much.
