Alvin J. Beachy, 82, of Lyndonville, NY, formerly of Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2012 at his home.

Born on March 31, 1930, in Millersburg, Ohio, he was the son of the late Jacob and Cora (Miller) Beachy.

Mr. Beachy is survived by his wife, Maudie Beachy of Lyndonville, NY, five children, Jason and Tom Beachy, Debbie (Charles) Karn and Rhoda Beachy, all of Ohio and Brenda (Edward) Beachy of Montana,

Also, surviving are 8 Grandchildren, 5 brothers and 3 sisters and many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by a daughter, Rebbecca and siblings, Roman and Lizzie Ann.

Relatives and friends called on Monday evening and the Funeral Service was held on Tuesday at 9:00 AM at the John Mast Farm, 9801 Seaman Rd. Middleport, NY. Calling will be in Ohio on Wednesday with a funeral service and burial on Thursday.

Local arrangements were entrusted to the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY
