Beatrice E. "Bea" Corser, 94, of Lyndonville, NY, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at the Medina Memorial Hospital.
Born on April 3, 1917 in Barker, NY, she was the daughter of the late George A. and Florence (Fox) Hauser.
Bea is survived by her children: Elwyn (Linda) Corser of Lyndonville, NY; Elaine Johnson of Penfield, NY; Ross (Jeni) Corser of Caledonia, NY; Carol (Richard) Belcher of Hopewell, VA and a daughter-in-law, Paula Corser of Lyndonville, NY. A brother, Lawrence (Phyllis) Hauser of Lockport, NY. 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and many cherished nieces and nephews and friends.
She is predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Ray Corser.
Bea brought joy and a warm smile to everyone she met. She will always be remembered and greatly missed.
Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, Oct 19, 2011, from 4 PM-8PM at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 112 N. Main St. Lyndonville, NY 14098. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, 11:00 AM at the Yates Baptist Church, 11365 E. Yates Center Rd. Lyndonville, NY with the Pastor, Rev. Lyell Drake officiating. Burial will be in the Lynhaven Cemetery.
Many thanks to the staff at Applegate Manor and the Medina Memorial Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Hospice.
