FIRST CHRISTMAS IN HEAVEN
I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below With
tiny lights like Heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow. The sight
is so spectacular, please wipe away the tear For I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.I hear
the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear But the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here.
I have no words to tell you, the joy their voices bring, For it is beyond description, to hear the angels sing.
I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart.
But I am not so far away, We really aren't apart.
So be happy for me, dear ones, You know I hold you dear.
And be glad I'm spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.
I sent you each a special gift, from my heavenly home above, I sent you each a memory of my undying love.
After all love is a gift more precious than pure gold.
It was always most important in the stories Jesus told.
Please love and keep each other, as my Father said to do.
For I can't count the blessing or love he has for each of you. So have a Merry Christmas and wipe away that
tear. Remember, I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year As the Lord had finished creating the earth,
something was missing so he chose pieces from all the flowers, threw them into the sky and blew life into them and the butterflies were born.
From an Easter service attended by
Penny Wilson of Monarch Meadows.
Thanks Penny for a poem that explains exactly what I feel Dennis would be saying to all his family and friends. He loved life and all the beauty in this beautiful world we live in. He captured lots of flowers, plants, birds and butterflies with his great photohraphy and to me each one was so very special. We shared 50 plus years together and I miss him each and every moment of the day. Nights take forever to pass and I know with time things will get easier. Love you my Sweetheart and I know you are enjoying this your first Christmas with Jesus.

In loving memory of Dennis Kennon...
The Day God Called You Home
God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon his earth and saw your loving face.
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering, he knew you were in pain.
And knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw your path was difficult, he closed you tired eyes,
He whispered to you "Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly.
When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain,
We would not wish you back to earth to suffer once again.
You've left us precious memories, your love will be our guide,
You live on through your children, you're always by our side.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you on the day God called you home.
Sandy, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers... Love Yall
