Dear Don, Allison, and Family, Pam and I are very sorry for your loss. Your dad was a good guy, part of the greatest generation. It always hurts to lose someone we love, but hopefully there is something else beyond this world and we will all be reunited with our loved ones. He will be in our thoughts and prayers.

WOW! How do you sum up a man's life that is so COMPLETE? By the humble and dignified manner in which he carries himself, Mr. Don commands respect from his peers and enjoys devoted loyalty from his friends. The most beautiful aspect of Mr. Don's life however, is the sheer level of seismic reverence that his family has for him. He is a leader of men and demonstrates in a Christ like manner how to care for and lead his family. To know Mr. Don makes you a better person. My memories of Mr. Don are all good and worthy of sharing with all who are privileged to know him. Mr. Don's enviable complete life will live on thru all of his friends and family who love him.

Donald Clement was a Renaissance man, a superb intelligence, a pilot, astronomer, award winning photographer and successful business owner who was a devoted family man. He was always kind and generous to his friends, who numbered in the hundreds. He welcomed us, his new-found "Mexican" cousins without hesitation almost fifteen years ago, bringing us into a family we never knew we had. How he loved to tell that story! None of our lives will ever be quite the same without him.
God bless Donald and his wonderful wife, Patsy, his children, Elaine, Donald, Jr., and Merrie, all the grandchildren and great-grandchildren that are his living legacy. He will never be forgotten.

I will always remember the fun times we had with Uncle Donald, swimming in Lake Pontchartrain late at night, donuts on Sunday mornings, and him playing the piano. He was there for me when I needed him. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

Aunt Patsy and family. He was such a great man. Always had time for his family. He did so much for everyone. I have so many good memories growing up with the family. He was like a second dad to me. Merrie and I spent a lot of time together and her father was always there to make us laugh. He will be missed. You and all the family have my deepest sympathies. So sorry for your loss.

Mr. Donald Clement will be missed by everyone that knew him. He was truly the best friend anyone could have asked for. I haved served in my career in many capacities and never have known anyone like him. I could never bring myself to address him in any way other than Mr. Don. He deserved and commanded that kind of respect from everyone that knew him. He loved family and treated everyone as though they were. My family will always have fine memories of him. Mr. Don was a great American and a very special friend. He will always have a place in my heart. I do not think that I will see him again, but I will always cherish my memories. Rest well and save a place for me. I love you, Mr. Donald Clement.

Wow, such a exact on obituary of a man I knew 50 years ago. I love my memories of Warrington Dr, the ones that I can remember! I believe Mr. Donald had a ham radio in the garage. I vaguely remember him talking to people all across the US. At the age of 6 or 7, I was quite impressed. I also remember the telescopes. We could set one up on the levee behind the house to get a good view of the stars. We also made a trip to an Observatory somewhere. I think it was at UNO. I sometime think about how Mr. Donald found all the time to do everything that did. He was a remarkable man!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Donald for many, many years ( he was with John at the time) and he had a refreshing personality....he was always interesting to listen to, whether is was about his photos of the solar eclipse, or construction matters.

Dear Don and Allison and all of your family,

Nita and I are so sorry to hear of your father's passing. Don, for all the years I've known you, it's always been apparent to me what a strong and special relationship you and your dad had. When Nita and I had the opportunity to meet your dad and your wonderful mother, it became easy to see where that relationship came from. We so remember his sense of humor, his joy of life and his obvious love for his family. We know that you and all of your family are deeply mourning your loss and please know that we are thinking of you all and wish you all the best.

My father was one of the most compassionate men I ever knew. He loved and provided for his family until his death. He wasn't happy unless he was taking care of someone, even housing family members who needed some tender care. His memory will never fade, because he was such an integral part of all of us. Rest in Peace Dad! I love you, Elaine

What can I say...my father, my hero. My father showed me the world and the universe. I feel so fortunate that God put me where he did, when he did. I've always been extremely close to my father, but these last 5 years have been extra special for me and my children. My parents generously opened their doors to me and my daughters when we had no place else to go. My father has left an indelible mark on my family that will never fade. He has certainly left this world a better place for having been here. What an incredible man!
