COLUMBIA -  Ethel Casey Hawkins, 87, formerly a resident of the Finlay House, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at Brian Center Nursing Facility.  Born in Anderson County, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Manson Jolly and Eva Martin Casey.  She was predeceased by her husband, Findley Martin Hawkins; sons, Roger Dale Hawkins and Charlie Findley Hawkins.



     Surviving are two daughters, Rachel Hawkins and Rebecca White; one sister, Shelby Ellison and two brothers, Manson Jolly Casey, Jr. and Joe Casey; grandchildren, Kimberly, Roger, Jennifer, Cindy, Kristy and Buffy; also eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.



     Calling hours for family and friends will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 1, 2014, in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
