my dear Helena
when we met in expo almost five years ago where you and Richard practiced simple relaxation practice, I found you a humble, loving , caring and great human being. Later i discovered in you , a divine soul that is evolving in the midst of daily activities. How beautiful your soul, can be understood from many interactions , I had with you, where you use to drop your anxiety and moved into positive state of mind in relationship within no time.
I simply cant believe , you left all of us. I still hear your smile, laughing , asking questions related to existence, seeking guidance to help near and dear ones in the family and friends.
I lost a great friend but I will seek inspiration continuously from you to help others to evolve.
