Sunday September 22, 2013 age 80. Loving husband of Mary Ann (nee Damask). Beloved father of Debbra Adank and Carla Herbeck. Dear grandfather of Nicholas and Kevin (Angie) Herbeck. Proud great-grandfather of Tyler, Emilie, Riley and Brody. Further survived by 4 brothers, 3 sisters, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Memorial Service with Military Honors at 3 PM on Friday September 27, 2013 at the funeral home. Special thanks to Aseracare Hospice for wonderful care they gave Jerry. The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday at the funeral home from 1 PM until time of service.

I remember all the good times we all had..all those parties! Lots of good memories. Someone else mentioned Jerry's smile..I smile, too when I think of that. I'm sorry I couldn't go to the memorial service, I was in the hosp for 10 days. I send my sympathy to Mary Ann and the family. It's so hard for those left behind but so wonderful for Jerry who is in Heaven and probably still smiling! God Bless you all.
