Passed away at his residence on Saturday December 22, 2012, age 54 years.
Dear brother of Marianne Edgar and Uncle to Miranda and Ryan. Survived by his Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his parents, Ewald and Irma Behnke.
At the request of the family cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 12, 2013 at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton St. at 11:00am. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association and may be arranged by contacting the funeral home. The Benke's were good neighbours. I remember playing in the bush with Peter and John when I was a little girl. I am sure John is playing tic with Peter in God's endless playground. Fondly rembered by Lo Pratt
