Louise Balduzzi, 90, of Solvay, passed away Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Silva, Italy, to Luigi and Costanza Dalmaso, she immigrated to the US with her family in 1933. She was a waitress at Archie's Grill in Solvay for many years before retiring. Louise was a member of the Solvay Tyrol Club Ladies Auxiliary, and a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church, where she was a Eucharistic Minister and a member of its Alter and Rosary Society. She was well known for her detailed knitting and crocheting. Louise was predeceased by her husband Harry in 1977 and son Dennis in 2006.

She is survived by 3 daughters; Sandra (Willaim) Geddes, of MD, Diane (Robert) Ragan, of DeWitt and Joan (Gary) Kerr, of Solvay, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 8:15 am Friday at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME and 9 am at St. Cecilia Church, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 pm Thursday at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Ave.
