Lola Lucing was born on September 20, 1924 in Dasmarinas , Cavite, Philippines, the eldest daughter of Felipe and Charing Purificacion. She was united in marriage to Bonifacio Palma Sr. on May 1, 1947.
Lola Lucing loved her family dearly and was a caring mother of six, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She always saw the good in people and endured suffering with courage. Gifted with a strong personality, she was a stable guide for her family through Lolo Pacio's 40 year career with the Navy and Merchant Marines, a job necessitation his frequent absence. In her later years, she laughed a lot and loved deeply. She always has her doors open for family and friends and often the first stop of the balikbayans. She and Pacio travelled back and forth from Manila to the States once he retired; dividing their time with their children and their families. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She had numerous nieces and nephews.
Lola Lucing was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Pacio, Grandson Armando Briones and brothers Herminiao and Gelacio Purificacion.
Private Family Viewing: Mon/Tues, July 21st & 22nd from 2pm to 9pm at Conrad Carroll Mortuary Chapel. Wed/Thurs, July 23rd & 24th from 2pm to 9pm at Conrad Carroll Mortuary Chapel. Friday, July 25th final Viewing at Conrad Carroll from 830 am to 915 followed by Funeral Service at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 755 Bard Road, Port Hueneme, Ca., Burial will immediately follow at Santa Clara Catholic Cemetery, Oxnard.
