I met Mike In 2005 and have had the privilege of being in charge of his "Good Looks" since that time. He accompanied me to my father's funeral in 2006 and was a huge support for me at that time. I always looked forward to his visits as he would keep me in stitches as he shared his many antics and travels. He was quick with a smile and a joke. He was the perfect gentleman, opening my doors and giving me hugs. He would travel from Herriman to Millcreek to see me for haircuts. I will miss him dearly. Too young and too soon. I love you Mike. Good Journey to you my friend. My deepest condolences to your family and friends. I know there will be a great void in your lives as there will be in mine.

Mike, We are so going to miss you! Your smiling, happy face keeps popping into my mind. Thank you for the legacy you have left us with. For showing us how to be happy. You were an awesome brother-in-law. JC is going to miss the football rivalry. Your nephews and niece still think of you as Uncle Mike and thought the world of you. I've attached some pics of good times. I love the look on your face. So. You. Thanks for demanding comps on a dinner gone wrong. Sorry I dissed your Raiders. Who will wear your game shirt now on game day? I will never look at a Hawaiian shirt again without smiling, shedding a tear, in remembrance of you. Heaven just got a whole lot happier.

Mike was truly a pleasure to work with. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to share a few words with Mike at the BBQ just a few days prior to this tragic event. True, not many people smile when an auditor says "hello." Mike - he always smiled, was dedicated, and passionate about his work. Thanks for the lives you've touched Mike. God Bless.

A great man who will be missed!! I'll never forget Mike!
He continued to love me without being a relative. He didn't need to continue to care or keep in touch over the last 25 years...But, he did! In my heart, he was my dad. Although discipline was in the house and reason to dislike him as a father figure, he cared! He cared if my chores were done, if my room was clean, if I was passing with good grades at school. Most important, he cared about me and that I was taught to have fun. To be responsible, respectful, considerate and a good person.
The memories; boating, music, road trip games to see his family, his attempt at skipping (lol) tagging along unwillingly at golfing, the talks...and so much more. I feel as I've lost my dad!
To his family, I'm sorry for your loss! I wish I could do something for you. Mike meant so much to me and maybe more than anyone really knew. A big part of my heart has been and is his. Because he didn't need to continue loving me or filling in as a parent figure. He's a great man who will be missed!!!
