Mildred J. (Korth) Blackshaw of Perrysburg, Ohio and formally of Pennsylvania died Monday, November 12, 2012 at Kingston. She was born in Chicago, IL. on December 26, 1914 to the late Henry and Emily Korth. She worked for the public school district in Barrington, IL. and the United States Professional Tennis Association in Tampa, FL.
Mildred was preceded in death by her loving husband, Arnold W. Blackshaw and daughter, Carol B. Swan. She is survived by her grandchildren, Ellen (Paul) McManus and Thomas Beckwith; great-grandchildren, Cooper, Hatcher, Tatum and Parker McManus.
Funeral services will be private. Arrangements were made at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg (419-874-3133). Memorial donations may be made to Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches, PO Box 9571, Bradenton, FL. 34206 or Make -a-Wish of America, PO Box 6062 Alberta Lea, MN. 56007.
