On Saturday, March 1, 2014, Paul Famiglio entered into eternal rest at the age of 89. He is preceded in death by his parents, Calogero Famiglio and Pauline D'Amico Famiglio and his wife, Ruth Orgeron Famiglio. He is survived by his daughter, Melanie Melton (Dave), his beloved grandson, Adam Barrett Schmidt and Adam's daughter, Brynn Schmidt. Also, he is survived by his loving nieces, Susan Meyer, Grace Rogers, and Angela Famiglio. Paul was the bartender at Pete Fountain's club for over 40 years. He was very proud to be a navy veteran of WWII and also proud of his Sicilian heritage. He loved people and was loved by many. What more can anyone ask for in life. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Saturday March 8th at 11am at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 9am and continue until Mass time. Donations can be made to the charity of your choice. Condolences may be expressed at www.schoencanalstreet.com
