We met Mrs. Arbiser when she graciously agreed to be interviewed by my daughter for a school project. She was a delightful woman who brought to life a period in history of which my daughter only knew dates and places. After meeting Mrs. Arbiser, Kate knew the war from a human perspective. Kate and I will never forget her or the stories she shared of how individuals can act heroically when facing incredible horrors. Our prayers are with the family she left behind.
