Chief Ron Spadafora FDNY Memorial Fund

In lieu of flowers, Ron's partner Rhonda has requested donations be made to the Chief Ron Spadafora FDNY Memorial Fund

Funds such as the Chief Ron Spadafora FDNY Memorial Fund are critical to the school's ability to advance its mission in the long term. This, in turn, helps to ensure the continuing legacy of the Choir School and Choristers of the Saint Thomas Choir of Men and Boys, a legacy that was treasured by Ron.

Thank you Chief for all you have done for me and my career. From being my professor at John Jay (Fire Science 101), to being my chief at The Bureau of Fire Prevention. May God be pleased with your deeds and grant you paradise.

I had the honor of working with Chief Spadafora after 9/11. We were both members of the Metropolitan Area Safety and Health Steering Committee at OSHA Region II on Varick Street. He was a very knowledgeable and caring individual and I will truly miss him.

Rest easy, sleep well my brother
Know the line has held, your job is done
Rest easy, sleep well
Others have taken up where you fell, the line has held
Peace, peace, and farewell...
