Ruth Ann Pitman, a Madras resident passed away on Friday, September 28, 2012 at her home. She was 87 years old.

A memorial will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Madras, Oregon on October 10th at 1PM

Ruth was born in Omaha, Nebraska on October 24, 1924 to Julian and Gladys Chudomelka (McFadden).

She was a member of the Oregon Agate and Mineral Society


Ruth is survived by her one son, two daughters, one sister, three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Pitman.
