Steve was genuinely a great person from the inside out. I worked with him for some years and few long nights upgrading phone systems and he was sharp as a tack.
I pray for Steve and his family during their loss of a great guy!! God Bless you all.

I had gotten to know him since July and have ridden many many miles alongside him. Wonderful person. He was just the kind of guy you form a bond with in a very short time. Words cannot express my condolences to his family. He will be missed tremendously

Steven was married to my sister for 17 years and took care of her during her illness. He never left her side. he was a wonderful dad to my niece and loved her as if she was his own. my family felt like he was our brother. My children and grand children called him Uncle Steven. Even after the death of my sister he was still our brother and was involved in our family. When he married Patti we just added her to the family. This world lost another great person, but i guess God needed another angel in heaven. He will be missed by so many but never forgotten. We love you Steven

I am new to the Memphis Hightailers and I did get to meet Steve at one of the rides. Steve seemed like a very nice person. I was saddened to hear of Steve's passing. My prayers are with the family at this difficult time. I can already see Steve starting a new ride in heaven. Steve will definitely be missed.
