Virgina was my grandmother's sister's daughter. We grow up in different continents but my childhood was full of family stories. I moved to Canada and my mother passed away. I thought that I had lost contact with her American relatives. But in 2007 I was lucky enough to find Virginia and to meet her and her family. Despite her age she had a spark for life and charisma. I was amazed to find that she had photos and letters from my mother and her mother. Even photos of my brother and I as children. I wish we could have spent more time together. I hope that our families will stay in touch and remember the dear lady that brought us together.
