I am very sad to learn of your Father's death. I learned of this as I was looking up Marilyn online and learned of her death. I am so sad to hear of your loss. I knew Marilyn when we went to school together at UWM and would like to share how special she was to me at a time in my life where her kindness and optimism made me want to be a better person. If you can please email me as I would enjoy grabbing a coffee with Diane and Lisa to share stories of such a beautiful woman. ([email protected])

Lisa and Diane...I was so sad when my mom saw in the paper of your dad's passing. Losing a parent is such a hard thing to go through..I am glad that this guest book is still open and hope you are able to recieve this message. About 2 months ago I googled Marilyn's name to try to find her as I couldn't get her off my mind only to find her passing as well, needless to say I was very sad. I hope that if you see this that you will get in touch with me. I am still in South Milwaukee, my phone number is 414-550-2221. I will continue to pray for peace for your family for both of these huge losses... much love is being sent your way!

I worked with Bill at Prudential and at UI. He was always willing to help. He used to make us all laugh when we went to tour properties. He had a way of making everyone feel comfortable. He will be missed a lot.

Words cannot describe what a special person Bill was. I had the pleasure of working with him for almost 10 years. I saw everyday how much he cared about his coworkers and how much we cared about him. But his true joy was his family. His love for all of you was so evident. I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
......I cannot eat a chocolate chip cookie without smiling and thinking of Bill.

I was in the same training class as Bill when we both started at UI. He was so friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. I'm thankful that I got a chance to work with him until he retired. My sincere sympathy to his family. He was a great guy and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Grobschmidt family: I had the pleasure and honor of working with Bill for 8 years. He was such a nice guy, and made my days a little more bearable at such a hectic place. He'll be remembered for his fondness of chocolate and potato chips. He made me laugh so much. Bill had a big heart and gentle soul. I hope the good memories of him will comfort you as you mourn. I'll see you around, Bill!

I have the deepest sympathy for the Grobschmidt Family. I am a friend and coworker of his daughter Diane and I also worked with Bill. He had a great sense of humor and seemed to the "rock" of the family. I am sure he will be missed dearly. His family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Grobschmidt family, I am so sorry for your lost. I pray that God give you the strength to get you through your period of grieving. I loved that Bill didn't mind telling you exactly what he thought but also had a great sense of humor. I always think of him when I go to the Casino and want to play BlackJack. He gave me a little mini blackjack training. God Bless.

I am so blessed to have a father with such a huge heart, humble sense, and great love and devotion to family and friends. You put me on the right track at a young age and while I continued to veer off sometimes, you were always there to help me. I love you and miss you so much. Your loving daughter and pal - Lisa.
