Adeline "Mitzi" Puglio

Mrs. Adeline "Mitzi" Puglio, a longtime resident of Satellite Beach, FL, passed away on January 19, 2013. Mitzi Puglio was born July 5, 1917, in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Donato Biondi and Teresa Turi Biondi. She was employed with the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington D.C., the Circuit Court in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, and retired from the federal government at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 66 years, Patsy Puglio; her daughter, Patricia Vecellio; and her grandson, Colby Dick. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Truitt and son-in-law, retired (Res) Navy Captain Richard Truitt of Ashburn, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews from the western Pennsylvania area.
Mitzi Puglio served many years as a former president of the Ladies of Charity in Forestville, Maryland.
She was an active volunteer at Patrick Air Force Base for many of her retirement years and a member of the Tide's Club.
A Christian burial mass will be held at the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 3050 N. Highway A1A on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 11:00am.
