Alice M. O'Bryant was born on April 5, 1926 in Shiawassee County, Michigan and passed away October 31, 2012 at the age of 86. Alice was the daughter of Fred and Edna (Hempstead) Whitman.
Alice loved listening to country music, bird watching and TV. Anyone that knew her appreciated her beautiful flowers as much as she did. Alice had a love for her trips with her husband Ted to Wyoming in the earlier years, and later to Disney World. Mom always enjoyed all the many family gatherings throughout the years.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Edna Whitman. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Edward "Ted" O'Bryant, her daughters, Judy Ann (Jay) Glandon, Nancy Jo (Ron) Smith, her sons, Jerry Lee (Donna), Dr. Michael Allen (Dee), along with 9 grandchildren, and16 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, Williamston Chapel, 205 E. Middle St. Williamston on Sunday, from 2-4 and 6-8. The Funeral service will be Monday at 3:30 p.m. November 5, 2012.
