Andrew Kenneth Riseberg, age 43, of Sudbury, formerly of Newton, on Monday, January 28, 2013. Beloved husband of Andresa (Novais). Loving son of Marilyn (Oxman) and the late Leslie Riseberg. Adored brother of Jocelyn Scheirer and her husband Eric. Cherished uncle of Cassandra Scheirer and Alexander Scheirer. Dear nephew to his aunts and uncle.
Andy was a graduate of the Fay School, Lawrence Academy and the University of Rochester, where he was a proud member of the Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity. He pursued a successful career as a sales professional, most recently at the Oracle Corporation in Burlington, MA. He was avid about a wide range of passions, including music, golf, cooking, and boating. Through his relationship to Andresa and her friends, he recently became fluent in Portuguese. Everyone who met Andy came away touched by his zest for life and his warm heart.
Services at Temple Shalom of Newton, 175 Temple Street, Newton on Friday, February 1 at 11:00am. Burial at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. Following the burial, memorial observance will be at the home of Marilyn Riseberg until 4:00pm, continuing Saturday evening, 7-9pm, and Sunday through Wednesday, 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
