Anna Jean Rossiter Barnes, 97, of Chardon, passed away May 24, 2012. She was born May 25, 1914. Mrs. Barnes graduated from the Western Reserve School of Nursing in 1935. Survivors are her sons, John (Terry), and Charles Rossiter; grandchildren, Tim (Tally), Scott and Jon (Marie) Rossiter and Kimberly (Jerry) Kramer; and great-grandchildren, Cailyn, Erin, and Noam Rossiter and Seth Kramer. She was also the much loved aunt of many. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Matthew C. Rossiter; and second husband, and Herbert T. Barnes. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Saint Anselm Church, 12969 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township, OH 44026. Interment services will be private.
