Annie P. Garcia, 84, passed away March 1, 2014, with her family by her side in Fontana, CA.
Annie was born and raised in Fontana, California. She attended Fontana Junior High School and graduated from Chaffey High School. After graduation she found employment at Swiftin Company, where she met her husband Paul. They were married and found a home in Fontana, CA.
Annie in her later years, was employed by San Bernardino Community Hospital, as a nurses aid. She spent close to twenty years employed at the hospital, where she worked in the baby nursery.
Her interests included family, telenovelas, casinos, sewing, attending soccer games for the grandchildren, pro sports on TV and reading. She devoted much of her time and energy to family. Annie was a devoted wife and known for cooking her "Pumpkin Bread", it was said to be the "Best in West".
Annie is survived by her husband of 63 years, Paul A. Garcia. She is survived by her five sons Ronald P. Garcia, (wife-Corrine), Pedro P. Garcia (Suzie), David R. Garcia, Paul M. Garcia (wife-Diana), Christopher A. Garcia (wife-Evette). Annie is also survived by twelve grand-children and seventeen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Phil Peraza, Tony Peraza and Benny Peraza.
She will be truly missed by all, especially her Husband-Paul.
