Antonio Acosta Gomez was born on November 7, 1955 in San Martin De Abajo, San Luis Potosi, Mexico and passed away on October 29, 2012 in Escondido, California.
Antonio moved to the city of San Luis Potosi at very young age, where he made both places his home and where he married Adela Jimenez De la Rosa. Antonio and Adela were married for 38 years.
Antonio immigrated to the United States in 1976 leaving behind his wife and two kids, Aaron and Adriana. In 1978, the family was reunited in Fresno, California and where one of his six children, Randy, was born in 1980.
The family would move many times during the following years. Making great friends in Fresno, California, Dallas, Texas, Saint George, Utah, but always returning to Poway, California, where Antonio was well known. In Poway, Antonio's children Cristal, Anthony and Thomas were born, of which all attended school there. Antonio moved to Escondido, California in 2012 where he continued to make great friends and where he passed away.
Antonio is survived by his loving wife Adela, children; Aaron, Adriana, Randy, Cristal, Anthony, Thomas and 17 Grandchildren. His devotion to his family was always admired and made him a great man. He will be greatly missed by all.
