Aurora M. Owens, December 26, 1995 – November 17, 2012, aged 16. Born and raised in Stamford, CT, student at Westhill High School. Filmmaker, writer, debater, lover of comic books, American history and her family, her friends and her dog. Taken too early from this life, she will be profoundly missed.
Survived by her parents: Alan Owens and Betsy Foran-Owens; sister, McKenna Owens; grandmother, Evelyn Owens-Kelley; cousins: Shawn Moorhead; James, Stephen, Ellie, Rose, Devin Foran; and Elizabeth Pinzon; aunts and uncles: Terri and Robert Moorhead; Jim and Cheryl Foran; Tom and Suzanne Foran; Bill and Vivien Foran; Nancy and Ed Pinzon.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 23 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer Street, Stamford . A Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 24 at 2PM at St. John's Episcopal Church, 628 Main Street, Stamford, CT. Reception to follow in the church.
