Bertha Birrer, 97, passed away November 5, 2012. She is survived by her son Floyd "Joe" Birrer Jr.; grandchildren Danny Birrer and Sean (Patti) Birrer and sister Clara Tori. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Birrer Sr, daughter-in-law Clariss Birrer and her grandson Graham Birrer. Bertha was very active in her church and 4-H. She was a member of the Welcome Neighbors Extension Club and she also loved spending time with her family. Viewing will be held Thursday 3-7pm at TG McCarthy Funeral Home with Funeral Mass Friday 10:00 at the Shrine of St. Therese. In lieu of food and flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
