Billie Stewart Baxter, 88, of Jacksonville Fl, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2011. Billie was born on November 21, 1923 in Gainesville, Texas. She will be remembered by her daughters, Cynthia Baxter and Rebecca Baxter-Filion, daughter-in-law Peggy Baxter, and son-in-law Thomas Filion, also three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Billie Baxter to Hospice NE Florida.
