Billie Bernice Bernall was born in Wantonka, Oklahoma to William and Virgie Henderson on August 19, 1925. After living in Kern County for 54 years Billie passed away at home in Bakersfield, California on December 8, 2010. She is survived by Debra Sheldon her daughter.
