Blaine was born Oct 18th 1986 in Bakersfield to his parents Terri Lynn Terrazas and Randall Clinton Foreshee. Blaine went to be with Jesus Nov 29th 2012 and we know that his is in heaven with his savior. We are so blessed to have had him for 26 wonderful years. He was kind and compassionate and always wanting to help. He was quite the comedian, always making people laugh. He graduated from Liberty High School and attended Valley Bible Fellowship. He loved the outdoors especially camping, fishing and lighting campfires. He worked as an apprentice butcher. He is survived by his parents Terri, Randy and his stepmother Joanne; his sisters Katelyn and Ally, brother Blake; Grandpa Lou; Grandma Jacki; Uncle B; Aunt Sally and Sandy and many more aunts, uncles and cousins.
