FORT WORTH -- Carol Lee Morrison, 70, passed away Monday, Feb. 4, 2013.
Service: 10 a.m. Thursday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Interment: Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.
Gone to be with her beloved husband, Jackie Lynn Morrison, Carol was born Dec. 11, 1942, in Fort Worth, where she lived all her life. She graduated from Technical High School where she was Diesel Sweetheart. She married Jackie on April 14, 1960. Carol graduated with honors from Tarrant County College. She was a devoted wife, loving parent, daughter, granddaughter, sister and grandmother; her friendships were enduring, and she was a generous and caring person. Carol was an accomplished quilter and ardent cat lover.
Survivors: Son, David Morrison; daughter, Gayla Warner; mother, Virginia Stoorza; brothers, Larry and Roger Stoorza; and grandchildren, Abby and Noah Warner.
