Carrie Ann Ainsworth, 34, of Richmond Hill died Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Hospice Savannah.
Carrie worked at the Waffle House in Ogeechee Road and was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include her husband Derek Ainsworth; 2 sons, Michael Pearce Ainsworth and Landon Carter Ainsworth; parents, Richard Edward Conklin,Sr. and Sherrell Carter Conklin; brother, Richard Edward Conklin,Jr; sister, Kristina "Kristy" Michelle Roper; and many other family and friends.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Harville Baptist Church Cemetery, Statesboro, GA.
