Charles W. Kolesar, 74, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2013, surrounded by his children and his wife of 54 years, Rhonda. Chuck served his country in the National Guard and in the US Army. He had a long career in sales. Chuck was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit and served the community as a volunteer for the church, prison ministry, and several programs for the homeless. He was preceded in death by his sister Loretta Gianfrancesco and his parents. Chuck also leaves his children; Thomas G. Kolesar (Penny), Charles D. Kolesar (Magalie), and Diane M. Kolesar (Terry); eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends begining at 10am on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, followed by a funeral mass at 11am at the Church of the Holy Spirit. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to the Harbor House.

Chuck was a grand guy...and a great help to many, many people. He genuinely went out of his way to help others, and gave of himself so that others might become, once again, more self sufficient, under our Lord.
Chuck is missed by many...but leaves a legacy of service and helpfulness in the Memphis community and to many friends...
