Memorial services for Cherry Beaton, age 75, of Copperas Cove, will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 31th at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel in Copperas Cove. Solomon Powell will officiate. Burial will follow in the Copperas Cove City Cemetery.
Mrs. Beaton passed away May 20, 2010 in Scott and White Hospital in Temple.
Cherry May Olivia was born December 6, 1934 in Belize to James Alexander and Lottie May (Davis) Flowers. Mrs. Beaton had lived in the Copperas Cove area since 1988 and was a member of the Copperas Cove Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Beaton.
She is survived by her daughter, Verna Whyte of Rogers, TX; three sons, Frank Beaton of Copperas Cove, Mark and Elston
Beaton both of Belize, 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home prior to services.
