Cleta A. Bailey, 97, born on October 28, 1914 to Burnice and Blanche Dinwiddie in Stillwater, Oklahoma, passed away on August 17, 2012 in Pueblo, Colorado. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Iris "Wanetta" Wood and Naomi Van Pay; and her husband Charles Bailey whom passed away on May 19, 2012. Charles and Cleta were married on August 5, 1940 and celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in 2010. They resided at their family home since 1948 where Cleta had great compassion for all the neighborhood children. She was devoted to her family and friends, giving unconditional love at all times. Cleta was an employee of S&H Green Stamps and a longtime member of First Baptist Church. She and Charles spent many years volunteering at the Cooperative Care Center. She is survived by her children, Janice (John) Zobeck and Ron (Karen) Bailey; sister, Judy (Clyde) Frazier; brother, Joe Dinwiddie; grandchildren, Scott Bailey and Andrea Bailey Rapson; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
