Cody Smith, 21, of Johnstown, OH, passed away October 17, 2012. He was born in Columbus, OH. Cody graduated from Northridge High School where he played several sports. Cody was an avid Kentucky Wildcat fan and shared this enthusiasm with his family and friends. Family includes, Cody's loving and caring parents, Bob and Patty Smith, sister and brother-in-law, Megan (Jon) Yoder, twin sister, Courtney Smith, Papaw Bill and Nanny Virgie Scalf, Grandpa Gene and Grandma Sara Smith, niece, Brooklyn Smith, nephew, Braden Yoder, uncles and aunts, Steven and Cheryl Scalf, Thomas and Renee Webb, Joe and Carol Smith, Mike and Jane Ermalovich, Chuck and Carol Foreman, Mitch Smith, Barb Barbour, and numerous cousins. There will be an 11 AM funeral service on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at the Vineyard Community Church, 10444 Crouse-Willison Road, Johnstown, OH, the family will also receive friends at the church on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 4 to 8 PM. Burial will be in Bennington Chapel Cemetery, Centerburg, OH.
