It is with great sadness we announce the unexpected passing of baby Cooper Adams on November 22, 2011.
Infant son of Adrienne and Craig, grandson of Larry and Mary Jane Clapperton and Douglas and Joanne Adams. Special nephew and cousin of Susan and family and Scott and family.
Service will take place on November 28, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Trull "North Toronto" Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, reception and visitation afterward. Cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers flowers a donation to Sick Kids Hospital (www.sickkidsfoundation.com) would be appreciated
